In a world that moves fast and tells us who we should be, it’s easy to lose sight of who we really are. Between daily pressures and the constant comparison created by social media, many of us begin shaping our lives around expectations that aren’t our own. Over time, this can lead to exhaustion, self-doubt, and a sense of living inauthentically; as though the real “you” has slipped out of reach.
Blending therapeutic understanding with a forward-focused coaching approach, I offer a space where you can explore who you are beneath the noise. With training in CBT, person-centred, and psychodynamic counselling, I draw from multiple therapeutic perspectives to understand your experiences deeply and then tailor coaching tools that support clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
My work is grounded in the belief that when you reconnect with your authentic self, everything becomes easier: decision-making, relationships, self-expression, and the courage to live in alignment with your values, not someone else’s expectations.
Your True Self is for anyone who feels stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from who they want to be especially those struggling with identity, self-esteem, confidence, or the pressure of modern ideals.
